Situated at the junction of Penymynydd Road and Chester Road in the village of Penyffordd (postcode CH4 0JZ) the Institute building is a single story structure standing in its own grounds.   It contains a number of rooms which are available to hire for use for community groups, charities, businesses and private functions comprising of a main hall, a large atrium and a committee room.  The grounds contain ample car parking for users.
